On 10th June 2025, Global Sustainable Development at the University of Warwick hosted a public lab of creative practice at the Faculty of Arts Building, funded by HRC, WIE and SCFS. Led by Dr Wes Lin, the initiative of Breaking Containment public lab brought together the general public to engage with global challenges and artistic practice, exploring how we might reimagine sustainability.

We Need to Talk… About Women’s Health

On 13 March 2025, Dr Nighat Arif and researchers from The University of Warwick’s Women’s Health Mission came together to share insights into women’s health. We were in the B2 Studio at the Belgrade Theatre in central Coventry, and almost 100 attendees joined us for an evening of accessible science and fascinating new discoveries.

Live Labs 2024

On the evenings of the 25th November and 2nd December, we filled the Warwick Arts Centre foyer with scientific activities and demonstrations from staff and students at the University of Warwick at the Live labs! We got our hands on lots of different science happening around the university before seeing it on the stage at the Warwick Christmas lectures, organised by the department of physics.
