Join the Faculty of Social Sciences at University of Warwick for a Public Lecture by Katharina Pistor (Columbia University, Columbia Law School). Katharina is a leading scholar and writer on corporate governance, money and finance, property rights, and comparative law and legal institutions.

The lecture will focus on Katharina’s forthcoming book from Yale University Press, The Law of Capitalism and How to Transform It. The book offers a study of the legal underpinnings of capitalism, the reasons why the system must be transformed, and the actions we can take.
