ESRC Festival of Social Science: Our Working Lives

  • 1 Mill Street Leamington Spa, England, CV31 1ES United Kingdom (map)

Join University of Warwick researchers for an evening of short talks from diverse perspectives of ‘Our Working Lives’.

Consider the potential of utopian/dystopian evolutions of work, and how we might shape the future for human wellbeing. Rethink the concept of ‘worker’ from the margins to the centre of the global economy. Learn how language plays a role in promoting positive behaviour change for people managing chronic conditions as they navigate the changing world of work.

Each talk will be followed by a short Q&A session allowing you to engage with our speakers and share your thoughts.

18:15 – 18:40: Dr Serena Natile - Women Workers from the Margins to the Centre of the Global Economy + Q&A
