Online Town Hall: What Should Universities Be Doing for Communities?

Universities often talk about working with communities - but what does good collaboration actually look like?

The University of Warwick is part of a vibrant and diverse local community. Local residents, community organisations, charities, campaigners, social enterprises, and other community partners are invited to join an open discussion about the future of university-community partnerships. How can the University work more effectively with people and organisations across Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands?

This is your opportunity to:

  • Share your experiences of working with universities

  • Tell us what universities could do better

  • Discuss what fair, ethical, and lasting partnerships look like

  • Help shape future research and community engagement

Whether you’ve worked with a university before or have never stepped onto campus, your views matter.

This event is recommended for ages 16+ and is taking place online.

This event is organised by the community-university partnership project team at the University of Warwick and is shared by Resonate.
